For 7 years Compreli have specialised in textile repair, restoration and order fulfilment. We aspire to transform the fashion industry from the traditional linear take-make-dispose model, towards a circular fashion model that extends the life of existing textiles and diverts clothing from landfill. We have repaired and restored 10 million garments thus far, which is equivalent to saving 10,000 mt of pre-consumer textile waste, 100,000 mt of CO2 and 5 billion gallons of water whilst giving jobs to 150 people in asia living below the poverty line and generating USD 7-10 million in bottom line savings to manufacturers. Our garment repair and restoration solution is simple, scalable, impactful, less costly and doesn’t consume natural resources nor produce GHG emissions unlike recycling. GFA and McKinsey detail that for each one percent increase in circularity, carbon emissions are projected to drop by 13 million tonnes.
