The ZDHC Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (ZDHC MRSL) limits harmful chemicals in formulations for manufacturing textile, apparel, leather, and footwear products. ‍ Certifiers who have passed the due diligence process of ZDHC become ZDHC MRSL Certifiers and are in effect approved as able to provide certificates as an indication of conformance to the ZDHC MRSL. ZDHC guidelines help minimise the discharge of hazardous chemicals throughout the textile, apparel, leather, and footwear value chains.
